After so many years, Scotland has finally won the Six Nations championship 2018. The final match was held on 24th February, 2018 at Murray field, Edinburgh , Scotland. Scotland won the final match against England with a 25-13 score. This particular victory against England was attained for the first time in last 10 years.
Six Nations Championship, also known as NatWest 6 Nations is an annual International Rugby Competition between six nations: England, France, Ireland, Italy, Scotland and Wales. This year Scotland was the host of the tournament and also the eventual winner. The final match was quite unpredictable as the winning opportunity turned its fate at the very last moment. Although Scotland Rugby Team was warmed up mentally even before they were on ground, their intensity at the start of the game could not be transferred on ground. The half-time came at 16 points with Greig Laidlaw and Owen Farrell being penalized early in the match. Post these penalties, Jones sprung up and the match completely changed. Scotland finally won and rewrote the record books with their victory.
It's rightly said that anything can happen in Sports… even at the last minute. All that is needed is focus and not losing hope till end. Fortune can turn back for you at any time. So keep making efforts along side having never dying hope!
