Indian women thrashed the women of England on the grounds of Nagpur , India. England set the score of 201 for India which was easily converted to win by Indian team. Jhulan Goswami took the wickets of the England openers within seven overs. Amy Jomes was only 6 runs away from her century and scored 94 for 119 balls.
Cricket is the national game of England but is played the most in India too. It is a game loved not only by men but women too. And, Indian Women Cricket Team with its victory over England ODI series proves that it is no more a men's game. Talking of the runner's up, Amy Jones of England after going back to pavilion on duck scored 94 in the final match. After she left the ground, rest of players couldn't do well and the team retired on 201 for 9 wickets. India began its game well. Captain Mithali Raj scored her half century adding a feather to her cap. She broke the record with maximum 50s in women's ODI. The team together geared up and scored 202 and won the series.
